Will he ever just shut up!

I work with this person ( i use the term loosely) who lives to make me miserable.

I came in (at 4:00a.m.) just to listen to him about the Celtic's and Red Sox. "Boy you must be really upset, both your teams lost last night, and the Yankees won".  " You know the Yankees are catching up". "next thing you know they will be in first place and the sox in last".

I hate people that talk about things they know nothing about!

Good night for Manny.  The award for hitting 500 home runs, and hitting another homerun!

The Celtic's will come back, too early to worry.

I stayed up way too late watching sports last night.

Here's a rundown for your co-worker.

The Celtics kept the game close. I think the Lakers were something like a 12 point favorite. For some reason, Paul Pierce was the invisible man last night and barely scored. No one expected the Celts to sweep, so this isn't even close to a big deal. I choose to think they lost one so they could win the entire thing in front of the hometown crowd in Boston!

The Yankees might have won, but they're SIX games behind in the standings right now. The team we're watching behind the Sox is the Rays and, guess what, they LOST last night so the Sox didn't lose any ground in the standings.

Pitching looked like hell last night for the Sox, but that isn't going to last. Offense looked great - we can focus on that!

I'll never get why people consciously choose to be negative.

This guy just won't quit today.
If you hear about a woman going bonkers in Chelsea today, don't worry about it. I can use the rest!
